Purchasing tied to the job. Request quotes from suppliers based on what each site needs, compare their prices, and charge every purchase order to the project it belongs to.

Deliveries you can check. Goods received at the yard or delivered straight to site are recorded against the order, so short or late deliveries show up before they hold up the work.

Stock across stores and sites. See how much cement, steel and timber sits in each store or on each site, move it between locations, and record what every job used, down to the serial number for tools and equipment.
