When providing support for certain modules, additional time may be required to study and understand their functionality. In such cases, there is a higher possibility of consuming more than one episode during the support process.

2. Standard Time Allocation

The standard time allocated for each episode is one hour. If the support request exceeds this duration, every additional hour spent will be counted as a separate episode.
