Odoo ERP: one system for your whole business.
Sales, stock, accounting, HR and more — in a single system that shares one database. No more copying numbers between spreadsheets. We set it up, shape it around how you work, and support it after launch.

Business apps that finally talk to each other.
ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning — software that runs the core of a business. Odoo does it with separate apps that share one database: a sale updates your stock, your stock updates your accounts, and everyone sees the same numbers.
It started in 2005 as TinyERP, founded by Fabien Pinckaers in Belgium, and grew into one of the most widely used business platforms in the world. Because it's modular, you can start with two or three apps and add more as the business grows — without switching systems.
Life before and after Odoo.
Before
- Sales in one spreadsheet, stock in another, accounts in a third
- Nobody is sure which stock figure is right
- Month-end takes a week of reconciling
- Approvals happen on WhatsApp and get lost
- Reports are out of date the moment they're printed
After
- Every sale updates stock and accounts automatically
- One stock figure, in real time, across every branch
- Month-end closes in days, not weeks
- Approvals routed, recorded and easy to find
- Live dashboards you can open from your phone
Pick what you need. Add the rest later.
Every app below connects to the others automatically. Most businesses start with three to five and grow from there.

- Official mobile apps and Odoo's own support
- Can be hosted by Odoo, on Odoo.sh, or on your own servers

Choosing the wrong edition is expensive to undo. We'll help you decide before you commit — see our Odoo hosting guide for how hosting affects the choice.

What people ask us about Odoo.
Is Odoo suitable for a small business?+
Yes. Because Odoo is modular, a small business can start with just a few apps — say Sales, Inventory and Invoicing — and add more later. You don't pay for or learn features you don't use.
Is Odoo free?+
The Community edition is free and open source, with no licence fees. Enterprise is licensed per user and adds more apps and official support. Either way, you'll still have costs for setup, hosting and support.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?+
It depends on how many apps you need and how much customisation is involved. A small setup with a few standard apps can go live in weeks; a multi-branch company with custom workflows takes longer. We give you a written timeline before work starts.
Can Odoo work with our existing systems?+
Usually, yes. Odoo can connect to payment gateways, online stores, GPS platforms, messaging services and more. See our Odoo integration page for details.
Can we move our existing data into Odoo?+
Yes. Customers, products, suppliers, opening balances and more can be imported. The key is cleaning the data first — we check it before import so problems don't come across with it.
